Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused AI Adoption Specialist / AI Consultant to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, hands-on experience in custom AI development, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify AI adoption opportunities, assess business challenges, and develop actionable AI implementation roadmaps. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams to design, propose, and support AI-powered solutions that align with client objectives.
The position requires a combination of AI technical knowledge, client relationship management, project coordination, and strategic consulting skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, operational requirements, and opportunities for AI adoption.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate AI technologies, tools, and implementation strategies.
- Develop AI adoption roadmaps, solution proposals, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal development, engineering, and delivery teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations on AI integration, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-friendly recommendations for clients and decision-makers.
- Manage client engagements throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to implementation and post-deployment support.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through machine learning, natural language processing, intelligent automation, and conversational AI.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor deliverables, and ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, tools, and practical business applications.
- Support client presentations, technical discussions, solution demonstrations, and AI consulting engagements.
- Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring proposed AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Custom AI Development.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered automation.
- Knowledge of AI chatbots, conversational AI, intelligent workflow automation, and enterprise AI applications.
- Practical exposure to AI project development, coordination, implementation, or deployment.
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies and AI integration approaches.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms based on client requirements.
- Familiarity with AI solution architecture, technical feasibility assessment, and implementation planning.
Consulting & Client Management Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, AI Consultant, or similar client-facing positions.
- Experience working in a service-based IT company, technology consulting organization, or digital agency is preferred.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business requirement gathering abilities.
- Capability to convert business challenges into actionable AI opportunities.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and solution consulting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI consulting, AI adoption programs, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience preparing AI solution proposals, proof-of-concept plans, and implementation roadmaps.
- Understanding of API integrations, business workflow automation, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Previous experience working with international clients, particularly US-based organizations.
Work Schedule & Client Engagement
The position primarily follows normal business working hours in Ahmedabad. However, candidates must be flexible to participate in client meetings, project discussions, and coordination activities aligned with US time zones when required.
Strong communication skills, professional client interaction, and the ability to manage international stakeholder expectations are essential.
