Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software engineering and AI application development. The ideal candidate should possess strong full-stack development capabilities, including Python backend engineering, frontend development, and integration of modern AI technologies.
In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, custom dashboards, intelligent micro applications, and scalable AI-powered products. Additionally, you will work with Large Language Models (LLMs), REST APIs, and modern web frameworks to transform business ideas into functional solutions.
The position requires a hands-on engineer who can independently build end-to-end applications, rapidly prototype new concepts, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
AI Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-native applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Build end-to-end AI-powered products that address real-world business challenges.
- Develop intelligent micro applications and lightweight tools for specific business requirements.
- Integrate Large Language Model APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and Hugging Face, into applications.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and context-aware AI systems.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, and automation solutions.
Backend Development & API Integration
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop reliable backend services for AI model integration, data processing, and application workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured data using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and AI API usage costs.
- Apply sound software architecture and system design principles.
Frontend Development & Dashboard Engineering
- Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Develop custom dashboards that present AI-generated insights and business intelligence.
- Create internal tools, micro apps, and AI-enabled user interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI services.
- Implement intuitive AI-native user experiences, including chat interfaces, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
Rapid Prototyping & Product Development
- Rapidly prototype new product ideas using modern AI-assisted development and vibe coding approaches.
- Convert business concepts into functional proofs of concept (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Validate technical feasibility through fast experimentation and iterative development.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver practical solutions.
- Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related application development.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python backend development.
- Practical experience developing frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, or comparable technologies.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Hugging Face into real-world applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and software system design.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience processing and manipulating data using Pandas, NumPy, or similar Python libraries.
- Ability to independently design, build, test, and deploy complete applications.
- Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of application performance optimization, scalability, and maintainable code practices.
Full Stack Development Capabilities
